The past trade mission included the following*:

 

• Two curated private events with economic development, investors, and entrepreneurs, including a new construction project showcase;

• Business sessions with business leaders, targeted contacts, entrepreneurs and investors, notably Economic Development of Lee County, Broward County, and Miami-Date County, with the Canada Florida Chamber of Commerce, with local Chambers in Naples, Fort Myers, Broward and greater Miami ;

• 4 corporate visits of leaders of the real estate industry in Florida  ;

• Transportation included between venues and cities. Each Entrepreneur is responsible to be at the determined drop-off address at designated times so they do not miss transportation ;

• One Real Estate industry conference, with ULI of Southwest Florida selected for February 2025 ;

• Flights and accommodations are not covered on this plan.

Signature events

​

​​​​​​​​​​​​As part of the Real Estate delegation in February 2025, a signature VIP cocktail hour was hosted at Idea Architect’s North Miami offices. Innovations presented on touch-screen include a turnkey platform by Livya and D3 Creative Studio, helping accelerate new developer unit sales / rental - thanks to interactive, data-centric go-to-market tools. 

 

This is just one of the multiple evenings that were planned throughout the delegation.

​Guests included, notably: major developers of South Florida, sophisticated real estate investors in both commercial and luxury residential, top real estate professionals in Florida.​
