TECH MEETS FLORIDA

​​

A 5-day Trade Mission led by local entrepreneur and investor Sebastien Leduc, a recently relocated Florida resident (from Canada) on an investor E-visa, who moved his family of 5 to Naples. Actively involved within the Florida and Canada tech ecosystems, the venture capital and investment scene, and himself a General Partner at FGS (Canada), embark on a five-day journey with Sebastien across South Florida in the cities of Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Naples, Miami and Palm Beach.

 

At a cost of $2900 per participant, the trade mission includes the following:

• Several curated networking events each with 20-30+ business leaders and CEOs, economic development organizations, investors and tech entrepreneurs ;

• One local trade show aiming to bringing international startups & scale-ups into the US market, FITCE being selected for October 2024 ;

• The opportunity to conduct 3 pitch sessions in front of the investment and business community ;

• An objective to complete the mission with a minimum of 3 to 5 leads or business opportunities, with active reach-outs (prospecting) to potential leads included in the mission cost ;

• Business sessions with business leaders, targeted contacts, entrepreneurs and investors ;

• 2 tech accelerator visits and 1 innovative business tour ;

• Transportation between venues and cities. Each Entrepreneur is responsible to be at the determined drop-off address at designated times so they do not miss transportation ;

• Flights and accommodations are not covered on this plan. Some meals may be covered thanks to our generous sponsors.

• Two curated private events with economic development, investors, and entrepreneurs, including a new construction project showcase;

• Business sessions with business leaders, targeted contacts, entrepreneurs and investors, notably Economic Development of Lee County, Broward County, and Miami-Date County, with the Canada Florida Chamber of Commerce, with local Chambers in Naples, Fort Myers, Broward and greater Miami ;

• 4 corporate visits of leaders of the real estate industry in Florida  ;

• Transportation included between venues and cities. Each Entrepreneur is responsible to be at the determined drop-off address at designated times so they do not miss transportation ;

• One Real Estate industry conference, with ULI of Southwest Florida selected for February 2024 ;

• Flights and accommodations are not covered on this plan.
